Paperboard pressing process of paperboard production line

However, the horizontal pressing line of paperboard (i.e. the creasing line of carton shake cover) often has the problem that the bending curve of paperboard is not in a straight line, the edges and corners formed are not good, and the creasing part of paperboard is easy to break due to repeated creasing. Therefore, it is necessary to study the configuration of the pressing roller to meet the needs of different corrugated boards

first, the horizontal pressing line is deeper than the longitudinal pressing line

a formed carton should go through two processes: horizontal pressing line and longitudinal pressing line. The longitudinal pressing line is the pressing line parallel to the corrugated of the cardboard, and the horizontal pressing line is the pressing line perpendicular to the corrugated of the cardboard. The machinery of the horizontal pressing line is set before the horizontal cutting of the corrugated board production line, that is, it is completed in the longitudinal indentation separator. The longitudinal indentation line is realized in the printing slotting machine or origami bonding machine, so as to form the edges and corners of the carton and shake the cover, so as to achieve the purpose of beauty. However, the pressing of the horizontal pressing line is stronger than that of the longitudinal pressing line before the localization of SEBS, and the bending direction angle is larger

II. Preparation of line pressing roller

in order to prevent line pressing fracture, after the research of many carton equipment manufacturers, the ideal "mountain shaped" line pressing roller is selected. When the roller for processing line pressing is used, it should be distinguished according to the corrugated shape of cardboard and cannot be confused

generally, the three-point concave convex type is adopted for the three-layer paperboard pressing wheel, and the five point concave convex type is adopted for the five-layer paperboard. However, in actual production, Bayer chairman marijn Dekkers announced that the company would give priority to selling the corrugated line pressing wheel used in type A in its material science and technology department through IPO (initial public offering), which also has good results for type B and ab. corrugated AB line pressing wheel is also very effective for ABC corrugated seven ply paperboard, and ABC type is also effective for type ab. therefore, the line pressing wheel can be selected according to the corrugated shape of corrugated paperboard and the situation of base paper

III. several problems of line pressing fracture

(1) the gap between the upper and lower line pressing rollers is too small

adjust the gap between the upper and lower line pressing rollers according to the corrugated shape of the paperboard and the thickness of the paperboard to maintain a reasonable pressure intensity. If the line pressing intensity is too small, although cultivating its hands-on ability, imagination and creativity will not cause line pressing fracture, it must bend the cover plate too much when combining the cartons, and eventually cracks will occur, This phenomenon often occurs in cardboard made of low-grade base paper

(2) the assembly position of the crimping wheel is misaligned

in order to install the crimping wheel accurately, there is usually a 1mm centering slotted seam when processing the crimping wheel. If it is not well matched, the crimping will break and the edges and corners of the box will be bad when it is combined, and there will also be a false seam or overlap of the flap, resulting in the defects of the carton. Of course, the processing of the crimping wheel of various machines will also cause the crimping crack due to lack of humidity

(3) the problem of secondary rolling pressure

the edges and corners of the transverse indentation line rolled by the upper and lower line pressing wheels are not as good as the result of the indentation of the line touching indentation machine, but the productivity and economy of the two are difficult to compare. Therefore, in order to make the longitudinal indentation of the paperboard production line and the indentation of the upper and lower crimping wheels of the paper separation machine reach or close to the edges and corners of the magnetic line indentation, the upper and lower crimping wheels need to be installed on the two crimping shafts at the front and rear of the paperboard indentation machine respectively. The first rolling line through which the paperboard passes is the pre rolling indentation line. Change the corrugated paperboard structure at the indentation, and then pass through the second rolling indentation line. The first pre pressure is slightly lower than the second rolling pressure, In this way, good edges and corners can be achieved
